We had a great experience with Furino. I called late on Wednesday afternoon that I thought our HW heater was no longer working. Suzy was helpful in getting a preliminary diagnosis and and arranged a technician to come out the next day. Kris Nelson and his teammate Sal were professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Kris explained each step of the process and we feel like we were in very good hands. Five stars to Suzy, Kris and Sal.

Heat pump stopped working. Called the office and had a very pleasant time providing information. Technician by the name of Tyler came to my home and was very professional. He updated me every 15 minutes on his activities and showed me pictures of the frayed wires causing the electronic problem. He checked everything else on the pump and air handler in crawl space. I never leave reviews like this but was so impressed with your technician Tyler.

I use FJ Hess & Furino Fuels for plumbing, propane and annual generator maintenance. The staff & technicians are excellent, courteous, and go above and beyond in all services they provide. They answer all my questions and concerns , pricing is fair, and put the customer first.

Returned to my home with no power. (Another story about PPL). When power was restored, discovered the upstairs a/c system was sub-optimal (it wasn’t even that good). Called the original installers (F/J Hess &Sons) and after a few gyrations, (technically I’m a “new” customer) they gave a date to do an open call. 2 days later Tyler shows up. And goes to work. And fixes one problem after another. But then runs into a snag. Someone else appears with a replacement part. Hmm, that one craps out too. Bigger problem. Next thing I know John Furino (as in Furino Fuels) shows up. And sticks around. And works. And troubleshoots. And boosts his guy, Tyler.

I used to see this kind of stuff from my 30 years in the Army. Hardly ever see it in commercial businesses.

Because they “show up” and in my experience didn’t give up and walk away (or do a patch job) like so many might I’ll sign up to be a full-service customer.

On a Friday evening Our air conditioner suddenly stopped blowing cold air. First thing Saturday morning I called Furino about the problem. Even though their offices were closed the answering service passed on the message and they responded within minutes. A short time later a technician, Tyler, appeared at our door. He quickly examined the unit and showed us the part, capacitor, that was not working. Explained what he needed to do how much the part was and any potential problems. He went right to work and replaced the part. Our system was up and running within 45 minutes. Tyler was efficient, thorough and a great representative of the company. I will definitely be calling Furino again.

Superb , this company bends over back wards for it’s customers . I called this morning and by the afternoon there was a tech at the house . From the cheerful girl who answered the phone at 8:00 am to the tech who did everything to get the AC going what a class act ! Thanks for everything !!!!

I called Friday afternoon for service. Anthony showed up 1st thing Saturday morning and was in and out in an hour. A bit pricey, but good and speedy service comes at a cost. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for getting someone out last night to fix my heat! I was so worried because it was late and cold but Eric and the other tech fixed everything. they were very thorough, professional and so helpful. Thanks again ! Will def be using you in the future
